Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and compose technical information for user manuals, training materials, and reports • Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, and other customer deliverables • Conduct research and ensure the use of proper technical terminology in documentation Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, English/Communications, or a related field • 2+ years of IT Technical Writing experience • Experience in writing, editing, and publishing technical documents • Strong experience with computer-based systems • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
