cFocus Software seeks a System Architect III to join our program supporting the Executive Office of the President (EOP). This position is remote. This position requires a TS/SCI clearance. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in system architecture, enterprise engineering, or data platform design. • Demonstrated experience architecting large-scale data validation, audit, or analytics platforms. • Strong experience with ETL pipelines, data comparison frameworks, and automated validation processes. • Experience designing systems with strong logging, auditing, and reporting requirements. • Knowledge of object-based storage platforms and enterprise content management systems. • Experience supporting federal or intelligence community IT environments. • Strong documentation, communication, and technical leadership skills. Duties: • Lead system architecture design for automated audit, validation, and verification solutions across multiple data sources. • Design end-to-end architectures supporting extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reporting pipelines. • Architect high-availability and fault-tolerant solutions leveraging existing Hitachi Content Platform (HCP) and Hitachi Content Intelligence (HCI) infrastructures. • Define technical architectures for automated comparison of records, metadata, permissions, and attributes across source systems and OBS. • Ensure architectures support compliance with the Presidential Records Act (PRA) and Federal Records Act (FRA). • Design centralized logging, audit trails, and machine-readable discrepancy reporting capabilities. • Architect executive dashboards providing KPIs, drill-down analytics, and role-based access control. • Ensure integration with Active Directory and identity management services for secure access control. • Support Agile development processes and provide technical direction across sprint cycles. • Review and approve system designs, code artifacts, and implementation plans. • Ensure compliance with EOP, PITC, and federal cybersecurity requirements. • Support Authority to Operate (ATO), continuous monitoring, and audit readiness activities. • Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams, interface control documents, and technical standards. • Provide technical guidance for remediation of audit discrepancies and system anomalies. • Support surge activities including Presidential Transition requirements when directed.
