Company: CFOAF Location: Remote Job Type: Part-Time (15–25 hours/week) About the Role We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant with tax administration experience to support our U.S.-based tax team. This role focuses on tax-related administrative tasks (not bookkeeping). You will ensure tax projects run smoothly by managing documents, coordinating deadlines, and keeping clients informed. What You’ll Do • Manage client communications for tax-related tasks (document collection, deadline reminders, follow-ups). • Track tax return progress and prepare status updates for leadership. • Organize and maintain client files securely. • Support preparation and handling of IRS/state notices and filings. • Manage scheduling and coordination for tax professionals. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of verifiable Executive Assistant or Administrative Coordinator experience. • Prior work with U.S. clients or professional services administration preferred. • Excellent English communication skills. • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong confidentiality standards. • Proficiency with workflow tools (Karbon, GHL, Slack, etc.). • Able to work U.S. hours and hit the ground running.
