Hours of operations: A Crew- 6m-4:30pm M-Thursday B Crew- 6pm-4:30am Tuesday- Friday Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will support the efficient flow of materials and information across our supply chain network. Your proactive approach will ensure seamless coordination between procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Duties • Assist with demand planning and production scheduling to align supply with forecasted needs. • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory levels, and shipment statuses within WMS. • Support procurement activities by processing purchase requests and coordinating with suppliers. • Monitor inventory movements and update MRP (Material Requirements Planning) data to optimize manufacturing workflows. • Collaborate with plant management and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. • Prepare reports on supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements using lean manufacturing principles. • Facilitate communication across departments to streamline supply chain operations and resolve discrepancies promptly. Skills • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP for order processing and data management. • Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts including demand planning, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing workflows. • Experience with lean manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. • Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems for production scheduling. • Ability to coordinate across multiple functions such as purchasing, plant management, and logistics. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams within a fast-paced environment.
