THE ROLE This pivotal role requires a highly strategic and results-oriented individual to define, develop, and execute comprehensive, integrated marketing campaigns. The Senior Marketing Manager will be instrumental in driving and capturing market demand, ensuring all efforts are meticulously aligned with key segment priorities and overarching business objectives. This is a critical opportunity for a proven strategic leader who not only champions proactive, cross-functional collaboration but also demonstrates mastery in project governance. The successful candidate must possess the unique ability to seamlessly oscillate between high-level strategic thinking and operational execution to achieve and exceed ambitious pipeline and revenue goals. What You Will Do In This Role • Campaign Definition and Strategy: Define, own, and oversee the end-to-end development of integrated marketing campaigns for both prospect and existing customer audiences. These campaigns must be precisely tailored to specific market segments and align with the broader global marketing strategy, focusing explicitly on engaging high-value Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) audiences. • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the primary strategic lead, owner, and representative for all aspects of campaign strategy, planning, management, and performance reporting. This requires deep, consistent engagement with critical cross-functional partners and key stakeholders, including Account-Based Experience (ABX) & Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Operations, Corporate Communications, and Marketing Operations. • Proactive Planning & Governance: Lead the comprehensive campaign planning process, ensuring that campaigns are fully built out and strategically aligned at least one business quarter in advance. This forward-looking approach is essential for maximizing team productivity, ensuring strategic coherence, and securing necessary resources. • Execution Oversight and Enablement: Direct the efforts of Campaign Managers, cross-functional partners and offshore execution teams to ensure flawless, multi-channel deployment across all campaign tactics. • Market Feedback and Optimization: Establish a formal, robust feedback loop with regional and local field marketing teams to gain an in-depth understanding of local customer needs, market nuances, and emerging trends. Strategically use this intelligence to continuously refine and localize global campaign strategies for maximum relevance and impact. • Deep Performance Analytics: Partner with Marketing Operations to deliver in-depth, comprehensive analysis on all campaign performance metrics. This includes ownership of the end-to-end report-out to the wider business on campaign efficacy, key business outcomes, and revenue metrics across the entire sales funnel, encompassing both prospect acquisition and install base expansion opportunities. • Stakeholder Communication & Partnership: Provide regular, high-level strategic updates to keep all key stakeholders and executive leadership fully informed throughout the planning and execution lifecycles. Proactively foster and expand cross-functional partnerships to develop complementary, region-specific field programs that significantly amplify and improve overall campaign performance. • Financial Accountability: Maintain rigorous oversight to ensure that all market segment marketing programs and tactics are delivered precisely on time, adhere strictly to the allocated budget, and ultimately meet or exceed established ROI expectations and financial forecasts. What You Need To Be Successful In This Role • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive Campaign Management experience • Industry Expertise: Extensive, demonstrable experience working within the Software as a Service (SaaS) sector or a related high-growth technology business. • Leadership and Results: Proven leadership capabilities driven by a strong focus on pipeline generation and data-driven decision-making. • Track Record: A demonstrated, significant track record of driving substantial pipeline growth directly through the design and execution of successful, fully integrated marketing campaigns. • Organizational Mastery: Exceptional organizational and project governance skills, including the proven capacity to strategically manage multiple, simultaneous, and complex global initiatives from concept to completion. • Analytical Acumen: Deep, hands-on experience with analytical tools and the ability to conduct meticulous, in-depth analysis of key metrics and reporting to inform and drive strategic marketing decisions. • Integrated Marketing Expertise: A profound and comprehensive understanding of integrated marketing principles, advanced digital strategies, marketing automation platforms, performance marketing tactics (e.g., paid media, SEO), and sophisticated email marketing techniques and technology stacks. • Communication Excellence: The ability to clearly, concisely, and confidently articulate and deliver on campaign goals, strategy, and intricate execution elements to diverse internal and external audiences, including high-level executive leadership. • Collaboration: Proven ability to partner effectively and build consensus with a wide range of marketing stakeholders, as well as successfully collaborate, influence, and align with sales teams at all organizational levels. • Detail Orientation: Highly organized and meticulously detail-oriented, maintaining a strategic focus even while managing operational tasks. What Else Would Be Great • Productivity Tools: Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google calendar, docs, sheets, slides) preferred. Marketing Technology Stack: Experience using core sales and marketing platforms, such as Salesforce (CRM) and Pardot (Automation) preferred.
