Position Overview Join our team as a Product Manager - Engagement and play a critical role in owning caregiver engagement and the ongoing experience throughout the Ceresti program. This role is central to ensuring caregivers remain activated, supported, and meaningfully engaged over time in order to drive better outcomes for families and enable Ceresti to deliver measurable cost savings. You will own products and experiences that support sustained caregiver education and engagement, including the caregiver-facing mobile experience and the internal coaching and care management tools used by our teams. This role requires close partnership with highly operational teams to build efficient workflows, scalable care management capabilities, and “superpowers” for internal users, while simultaneously delivering intuitive, empathetic experiences for caregivers. You will leverage AI and advanced analytics to personalize ongoing caregiver experiences, optimize engagement strategies, and enable more efficient, scalable care delivery. This is a role suited for a Product Manager who is analytical, scrappy, and energized by owning complete, high-impact engagement systems. Responsibilities Product Ownership & Strategy • Own the product vision and roadmap for caregiver engagement across the Ceresti program, including ongoing caregiver experiences, caregiver education, and internal coaching and care management tools. • Translate company goals around engagement, outcomes, and cost savings into clear, prioritized product initiatives. • Balance near-term execution with long-term thinking to support scalable, efficient engagement as the business grows. • Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve caregiver engagement, coaching efficiency, and program outcomes at scale. Caregiver Engagement & Experience • Own the end-to-end caregiver experience after enrollment, ensuring caregivers remain activated, supported, and engaged throughout the program. • Design and deliver intuitive, empathetic experiences that help caregivers build confidence, support their loved ones, and sustain engagement over time. • Continuously test, learn, and iterate on engagement strategies to improve activation, usage, satisfaction, and outcomes. • Partner with data and engineering teams to design AI-driven engagement experiences that adapt content, guidance, and interactions based on caregiver behavior, needs, and program stage. Coaching & Care Management Enablement • Own and evolve internal coaching and care management software to maximize coaching effectiveness. • Partner closely with clinical, coaching, and operations teams to design workflows, tools, and capabilities that support scalable, high-quality care delivery. • Identify and deliver opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and intelligent tooling to improve coaching efficiency, decision-making, and operational scalability while preserving human-driven caregiver experiences. Execution & Delivery • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support efficient delivery by engineering teams. • Work closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship caregiver-facing features and internal tools. • Be hands-on and scrappy. Unblock teams, clarify decisions, and drive momentum when things get ambiguous. • Use modern AI tools to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, requirements generation, and iteration across caregiver-facing and internal products. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate deeply with clinical, coaching, operations, data, and engineering teams to ensure products align with real-world workflows and caregiver needs. • Partner with data and analytics teams to define engagement and outcome metrics, review insights, and incorporate learnings into product decisions. • Communicate product plans, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership. Measurement & Continuous Improvement • Define, track, and own key engagement, retention, and efficiency metrics. • Use product data, qualitative feedback, and experimentation to inform decisions and iterate quickly. • Contribute to improving product management practices, tools, and processes within the Product team. Required Qualifications Education • BS/BA degree or higher. Experience • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent, ideally owning user-facing digital products or experiences. • Experience owning engagement-focused products, ongoing user experiences, or operational/internal tools • Experience working with AI-enabled products, engagement optimization systems, or data-driven personalization is a strong plus. • Strong track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and operational stakeholders. • Experience translating complex workflows, user needs, and business goals into shipped product features and user experiences. • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where scrappiness and ownership are required. • Experience in healthcare or caregiving is a strong plus.
