Oversee daily production operations, assign and monitor operator duties, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and fill in as Team Leader when needed.
High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to perform physical demands, and adherence to company policies.
• Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner by getting along with customers, clients, co-workers, supervisors, managers, and all other employees. • Responsible for adhering to and maintaining all quality system procedures and requirements related to the position. • Must adhere to all safety rules and company policies, as well as enforce the compliance and implementation of each through subordinates. • Attendance/punctuality is consistently at work and on time; ensures that the Attendance Policy is enforced consistently through subordinates. • Has responsibility for completing all quality checks and paperwork associated with job tasks. • Assign and monitor daily operator duties. • Fill out daily shift reports accurately to track production. • Assign and give breaks to employees. • Make production labels. • Take on the Team Leader role upon his or her absence. • Ensure daily compliance to 5S (continuous improvement) system. • Maintain job folders for accuracy.
