As we continue expanding our Luxury Division, we are seeking a polished and relationship-driven Real Estate Agent Recruiter who excels at connecting with high-end agents and understands the elevated standards of the luxury market. Position Overview As our Luxury Real Estate Recruiter, you will identify, attract, and onboard experienced and emerging luxury agents. You’ll be the face of Century 21 Masters to top-tier professionals, articulating our unmatched value: world-class branding, high-end marketing assets, agent-centric support, and a culture built around performance and integrity. Key Responsibilities • Proactively recruit luxury and high-producing agents through calls, social media, networking, and private meetings. • Build strong relationships by understanding each agent’s goals, branding expectations, and challenges. • Present our luxury value stack, including: • High-end luxury branding materials • Professional video editing services • Drone marketing assets • 3D walkthroughs • Custom luxury agent websites integrated with Follow Up Boss CRM • Flexible websites and lead capture systems • Maintain an organized follow-up process to maximize conversion. • Track recruiting efforts and provide weekly reporting to leadership. • Assist in delivering a seamless, personalized onboarding experience for new luxury agents. Qualifications • Experience in real estate recruiting, luxury sales, or agent development preferred. • Strong understanding of luxury agent expectations and the high-end real estate landscape. • Exceptional communication—polished, persuasive, and professional. • Highly organized with strong follow-through. • CRM experience (Follow Up Boss, Bonzo, or similar) is a plus.
