Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule of: Mon-Fri 11:00PM-9:00AM The ideal candidate will possess the following: • 5+ years of experience in linehaul transportation or LTL operations preferred • Strong understanding of DOT Regulations • Hands-on leadership style • Effective communication skills with the ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally • Results driven, self-starter • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Duties include but are not limited to: • Responsible for driving positive culture and leading/directing 6+ individuals across your shift • Effectively guide 150+ terminal managers in the day-to-day leadership of 1500+ Linehaul drivers • Ability to understand and review network and regulatory compliance in an established Linehaul network • Ability to articulate and interact with divisional level leadership on Linehaul related matters • Oversee the supervisory level integration of related departments, and their responsibilities, into the Linehaul department structure • Function in a highly service oriented environment • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in linehaul operations, including cost reduction and service enhancement
