Scientific Research Company REMOTE Needed ASAP 12 month contract Must work on W2 20 hr Pay Rate Job Title: Program Coordinator, Mentorship Initiatives (Full-Time Contractor) Full Job Description: This individual will play a key role in program operations, including coordinating communications, tracking participant engagement, maintaining program documentation, and supporting the administrative buildout of the program on a virtual platform virtual events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Position Responsibilities: Coordinate communications between mentors, mentees, and program staff Maintain and update participant records and program documentation Support scheduling and logistics for virtual mentoring sessions and events Assist with onboarding of new mentors and mentees Track engagement metrics and prepare summary reports Respond to participant inquiries and provide timely support Collaborate with program staff to improve administrative workflows Document processes and contribute to program improvement efforts Manage administrative configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of the Chronus mentorship platform Serve as the front-line point of contact for participant platform support and program communications Position Requirements: At least two years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or related roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) Experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) Familiarity with mentorship software platforms is strongly preferred (e.g., Chronus). Familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently Prior experience in academic, scientific, or nonprofit environments is a plus
