About Job Director of Program Management – Microsoft GTM Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Director of Technical Program Management to lead and scale Centific’s Microsoft go-to-market initiatives across Security (Purview) and Healthcare (HLS). This role serves as the central technical and program bridge between Centific’s Sales, Product, and Engineering teams and Microsoft’s client product, GTM, and account teams. The TPM will ensure alignment across strategy, solution design, delivery readiness, and go-to-market execution, enabling scalable growth within Microsoft’s ecosystem. This is not a sales role, but a high-impact technical leadership position responsible for translating alliance strategy into structured, executable programs that drive measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Microsoft Security (Purview) Program Leadership Lead end-to-end program execution across Microsoft Security (Purview) initiatives. Align Centific’s AI data fundary with Microsoft’s data governance, compliance, and security product strategy. Translate joint discussions into structured execution plans, pilots, and scalable deployment models. Ensure technical and operational readiness for co-sell and customer rollout scenarios. Healthcare (HLS) Program Management Drive cross-functional execution across Microsoft Healthcare research, engineering and go-to-market teams. Partner with Microsoft product teams to align AI data services (medical annotation, clinical data acquisition, model evaluation) with healthcare AI priorities. Coordinate internal product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure regulatory-aligned execution in healthcare environments. Alliance & GTM Enablement Act as the integration lead between Sales, Product, Engineering, and Microsoft GTM teams. Convert strategic alliance discussions into executable programs with defined milestones and accountability. Support joint planning sessions, QBRs, executive updates, and pipeline visibility. Enable structured scaling of successful pilots into repeatable solutions. Cross-Functional Orchestration Serve as the primary technical program owner across internal and Microsoft stakeholders. Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team alignment. Drive structured communication and governance frameworks. Ensure delivery excellence aligned with Microsoft enterprise standards. Operational & Strategic Impact Develop scalable alliance playbooks for Security and Healthcare verticals. Establish performance tracking, dashboards, and reporting cadences. Continuously optimize program governance to support alliance expansion. Qualifications 7+ years in Technical Program Management, Alliance Programs, or Enterprise Platform execution roles. Experience working with Microsoft enterprise programs strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to operate at executive level while driving disciplined execution.
