Full Description

Job Description: • Define and prioritize product backlog items to deliver business value and meet customer needs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product requirements • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends • Create and maintain product roadmaps, vision, and strategy • Ensure alignment of product development with company goals and objectives Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in product ownership or similar role • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development life cycles • Experience with product development tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello • Knowledge of digital technologies such as cloud computing, mobile apps, or web development • Preferred Qualifications • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification • MBA or other related graduate-level degree • Knowledge of CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce) and patient engagement technologies • Experience with cloud-based healthcare solutions and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) • Extensive experience in customer-facing healthcare settings, with a focus on technology solutions • Experience with managed care practices.
