Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first As the Regional Director of Office Operations (RDOO), you will report directly to the Business Support Manager. You will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for non-clinical office functions across assigned markets. Partner with branch and market leadership to ensure standardized processes, workflow integrity, billing readiness, and revenue cycle performance. The RDOO uses deep expertise in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and branch-level operational practices to drive performance improvement, mitigate risk, and promote consistent execution of enterprise standards. Essential Responsibilities Partner with Branch Directors, Clinical Managers, and Market Leadership to assess and improve non-clinical workflow performance. Monitor and analyze key operational metrics (e.g., aging workflow, unbilled claims, documentation gaps, scheduling practices) and implement corrective action plans. Ensure adherence to standardized enterprise processes and branch-level operational requirements. Be a subject matter expert in Homecare Homebase (HCHB), providing guidance on system workflows, reporting, and billing readiness standards. Identify operational risks and partner with leadership to implement sustainable process improvements. Support implementation and adoption of enterprise initiatives impacting office workflows, systems, and regulatory compliance. Provide coaching and operational guidance to strengthen leader capability in managing non-clinical performance. Escalate systemic workflow concerns and recommend solutions aligned with enterprise standards. Provide short-term operational workflow support in critical situations, as approved by leadership. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of progressive home health operational experience. Homecare Homebase (HCHB) system experience required including knowledge of workflow management, reporting, and billing readiness requirements. Deep understanding of branch-level non-clinical operational requirements, processes, and best practices within home health. Demonstrated expertise in revenue cycle fundamentals and billing workflow integrity. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive improvement. Ability to travel 25-50%. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Ability to work MST/PST hours. Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership. Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees will be provided with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $71,100 - $97,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
