Medical Assistant / Receptionist Centers Urgent Care is seeking a motivated and versatile Medical Assistant / Receptionist to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about both patient care and front office operations. Primary Responsibilities: Clinical Duties: • Assist providers with patient care across all ages in a courteous and efficient manner • Support occupational medicine and worker’s compensation services • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient charts • Work collaboratively with providers, x-ray techs, and fellow medical staff • Operate within a fully equipped, modern clinical facility with on-site labs, digital x-rays, and EMR Administrative & Front Desk Duties: • Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately • Schedule appointments and manage calendars • Assist with check-in/check-out, patient forms, and insurance information • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries • Support day-to-day clerical tasks (filing, photocopying, scanning, supply management) Qualifications: • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) • Minimum of 2 years of relevant medical assisting experience • Prior front desk or administrative office experience preferred • High school diploma or equivalent required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Tech-savvy with solid computer and EMR proficiency • Positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Why Join Centers Urgent Care? • Focus on quality patient care without administrative overload • Competitive hourly compensation • Supportive and professional environment • Opportunities for growth and skill-building across multiple domains • Clinics operate 7 days a week with flexible scheduling options
