Position Overview: Do you have the expertise and enthusiasm to lead transformative professional development sessions? We are seeking experienced educators and trainers to join our team as independent consultants. This flexible role allows you to inspire teachers and help schools achieve new levels of success through actionable strategies and solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate dynamic, high-impact professional development workshops for K-12 educators. • Collaborate with like-minded professionals dedicated to education excellence. • Continuously expand your expertise through professional learning opportunities. • Empower teachers with innovative classroom management techniques and instructional strategies. • Tailor workshop content to meet the unique needs of diverse schools and districts. Consultant Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Proven experience in K-12 education as a teacher, trainer, or consultant. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and engage. • Strong commitment to advancing teacher effectiveness and student success. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as a contractor.
