Remote Location - MO Jefferson City, Missouri 65101 Pay Range / Salary = Up to $80,000 Salary Reporting to: CEO Doreen Granpeesheh POSITION OVERVIEW: The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from leading small to mid-size projects to assisting other project managers on larger, more complex projects related to operational business functions that affect team members and providers at the market level. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement and represent CARD policy enthusiastically Represent CARD professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders Work effectively with senior management Support system conversions, upgrades, enhancements Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix and use cases) Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations Presenting the CEOs projects to managers and directors, assisting in the implementation of projects, tracking results and ensuring implementation. REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred 2 years work experience in project manager, tracking metrics, modeling initiatives KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business Must have experience in ERP development and implementation Strong project management, strong relationship building skills & communication skills Data analysis – Must have proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Must have proficiency in professional writing and be able to develop policies and workflows Able to thrive in a fast paced environment Good decision making and problem solving ability Ability to effectively and efficiently apply time management skills to multitask Self-motivated and clearly focused on the tasks assigned to them Works well in teams and can work independently with little or no supervision WORK ENVIRONMENT: Includes a typical remote office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time Ability to work on a computer throughout the majority of the day, as tasks require Ability to use and speak on the phone or via teleconference, as needed throughout the day Click to access EEOC Workplace Poster Click to access IER Right to Work Poster and E-Verify We will enrich and empower as many lives as possible by bringing effective, innovative, and evidence-based ABA treatment to the entire world – one individual at a time.
