Position Purpose: Responsible for building a culture of continuous learning and enablement by identifying, developing and implementing strategic enterprise learning processes and programs that are aligned to the Centene Learning Systems Management mission and vision. Expert level knowledge of Workday Learning is expected to meet the expectations for the position. *** The Workday Learning Operations Manager position is primarily remote. Candidates will be considered nationally. *** Responsibilities: Maintain, support and provide technical leadership and governance for all aspects of Centene Learning Systems Management Partner with leadership, internal and external clients to assess needs to develop learning system strategies which drive business performance Lead large scale projects successfully in a fast-paced environment Use forward thinking methodologies and tools to contribute to the development of Centene Learning System’s infrastructure to grow extraordinary leaders Balance multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to the changing needs of the business Serve as a coach, building an inclusive work environment where individuals have the support to learn, generate ideas and solve programs Provide thought leadership pertaining to current industry trends and recommend / incorporate into Centene Learning System Management processes and programs Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Learning Systems, HRIS or related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience designing, implementing and evaluating talent and learning systems; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and interfaces with HRIS required. Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
