Position Purpose: Creates and integrates architecture guidelines, standards, and common services to support project integration requirements. Provides expertise on decisions and priorities regarding overall business systems architecture. Plans, coordinates, and develops activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet the business requirements of the organizations. Provide integrated process consulting that intersects business architecture needs with new or different technologies to enhance current business processes and support overall corporate and business goals. Enforces integration related standards, guidelines, and principles Provides subject matter expertise regarding integration architecture Enforces the integration architecture standards, working with Business, Application, and Operations counterparts to assure integration standards and consistency Develops and maintains reference architecture documentation that maps data flow between information systems and business applications. Assists in building of integration architecture information blueprints and models that illustrate how integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions is to be done Leads integration architecture and related discussions for new initiatives Participates in integration related enterprise architecture discussions and align to enterprise goals Collaborates on integration-related business requirements and perform integration architecture reviews Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position. Technical Skills: One or more of the following skills are desired. Experience with Other: Integration fabric platforms like Anypoint Experience with Other: Designing integrations using tools like Mulesoft Experience with Application Programming Interface (API) Soft Skills: Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to work independently Demonstrated analytical skills Demonstrated project management skills Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision making skills Pay Range: $100,900.00 - $186,800.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
