Position Purpose: Sales Execution Specialist is accountable for material development, creative review, regulatory review process oversight for Direct to Consumer and Field Sales campaigns. • Support the creative and regulatory review process by managing Direct to Consumer and Field marketing materials and campaigns. • Project manage creative and compliance for materials and campaigns in Workfront, ensuring marketing guidelines and material development processes are followed and CMS requirements are met. • Must possess excellent communication, project management and critical thinking skills, while working with many different teams. • Manage ad hoc project and communication requests to support the sales organization. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent related experience can be substituted in place of a degree. 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing experience, communications experience including material development. 3+ years of experience strongly preferred. Travel: Minimal up to 5% Pay Range: $27.02 - $48.55 per hour Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
