Position Purpose: Sales Strategy Specialist is accountable for material development, creative review, regulatory review process oversight for Direct to Consumer and Field Sales campaigns. Support the creative and regulatory review process by managing Direct to Consumer and Field marketing materials and campaigns. Project manage creative and compliance for materials and campaigns in Workfront, ensuring marketing guidelines and material development processes are followed and CMS requirements are met. Manage ad hoc project and communication requests to support the sales organization. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent related experience can be substituted in place of a degree. 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing experience, communications experience including material development. 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications or sales, including material development, strongly preferred. Travel: Minimal up to 5% Pay Range: $26.50 - $47.59 per hour Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
