As a diversified, national organization, you’ll have access to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility. • **NOTE: For this role we are seeking candidates who live in Florida*** Position Purpose: Serve as the single point of contact for assigned Medical Director’s Office (MDO) for account management activities. • Serve as the single point of contact for the assigned Medical Director’s Office (MDO) for all account management activities. • Provide direction and guidance to existing MDO related to any questions or issues. Maintain and expand strong relationships with MDO to support overall account management and operational needs. • Assess and maintain client satisfaction by implementing action plans to uphold high levels of quality service, as directed by management. • Collaborate with various departments to identify, investigate, and resolve MDO inquiries and escalations. • Coordinate and identify training opportunities for the sales and operations departments to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. • Assist Account Executives to identify and generate new sales opportunities within existing accounts to promote regional growth opportunities and assist with sales meetings with prospective MDOs. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Complies with all policies and standards Education/Experience: Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of specialty pharmacy, insurance verification, or account management experience. Advanced customer service skills preferred. ScriptMed experience strongly preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Pay Range: $23.23 - $39.61 per hour Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
