Most common locations are MO or FL. Most common scenario is a 1–3-night stay* Position Purpose: With the (PHCO) Population Health Project Management Office, you will be part of Population Health project management initiatives with our health plans. Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close anywhere from 2-5 projects at any one time. Lead meetings and establish communication channels to ensure project teams are engaged, productive, and successful. Manage and maintain the PHCO business process project plan, tracking progress and ensuring timely deliverables. Provide weekly updates and reports during leadership meetings, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions. Routinely and accurately maintain project tools, templates, Organize, share, and update project documentation repositories. REQUIRED Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. 4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience. Proficient with MS Office applications and project management tools. Project management planning tools (i.e. Smartsheet, Planview) and Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments. License/Certification: PMP, PgMP, or CAPM preferred. Preferred Skills: 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Population Health initiatives Smartsheet, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBi Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills, results oriented/self-motivated, Team player Advanced user of project tools, templates, and applications. Salary Range: 86,000.00 - 120,300.00 - 154,700.00, Paygrade N Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
