Position Purpose: This role is primarily responsible for managing the Health Equity and Drivers of Health Community of Practice (COP), a highly visible initiative that brings together health plan Health Equity and Drivers of Health leads from across the enterprise regularly. The Project Manager II will coordinate COP and supplemental forums such as office hours, and work groups. Responsible for ensuring clear, organized communication and valued content that fosters engagement from our participants. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to align diverse stakeholders, and delivering outputs that demonstrate value at the executive leadership level. In addition, the position serves as the team’s SharePoint manager, designing and maintaining relevant content while optimizing the platform to support knowledge sharing and collaboration. *** The Project Manager II, Enterprise Drivers of Health, is 100% remote. Candidates must be willing to accommodate various time zones supporting teams nationwide. *** Responsibilities: Manage the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources and insights, and facilitating project execution, deployment, and closure. Create and communicate project milestone documents, dashboards, ROI tables, and departmental success metrics. Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans. Author PowerPoint slides in partnership with COP presenters to creatively communicate large scale project details most relevant for knowledge sharing presentation. Manage the department SharePoint site to effectively store, maintain, and update relevant resources for continued communication of information sharing, learning and development. Assist with establishment and maintenance of corporate project management methodology and other department procedures. Utilize corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects. Effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders by prioritizing clear communication and process for coordination with cross-functional partners. Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify valued resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks. Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company's objectives. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience. 3+ years of project management experience. Experience working with and leading, and coordinating across diverse groups and matrix managed environments. Proficient with project management tools, MS-Project or other project management software, and MS-Office applications. Healthcare, managed care, and public health experience preferred. Learning and development experience preferred. License/Certification: PMP or CAPM certification preferred. Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
