Position Purpose: Transforms complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Designs and maintains interactive dashboards, collaborates with stakeholders to define KPIs, and ensure data quality and compliance standards are met. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Translate complex datasets into meaningful visual insights to support decision-making Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies Clean, organize, and integrate data from multiple sources Partner with the Power BI Center of Excellence to ensure data accuracy and efficiency Implement data quality checks and perform regular audits Maintain documentation for all developed reports and dashboards Recommend process improvements and stay current with industry best practices Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience required 4+ years Information Systems, Data analytics or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill required Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization best practices (DAX, complex data models, performance optimization, row-level security) Proficiency in Python for data transformation, automation, and advanced analysis Experience working with risk, resilience, operational, or compliance data is highly preferred Experience working with large dataset and data transformation preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
