Full Description

You could be the one who changes everything for our 28 million members as an Intern at Centene. During this 12-week program, you'll learn more about Centene and how we're transforming the health of the community, one person at a time. Position Purpose: The IAM Team is looking for a proactive and organized undergraduate intern to support Identity and Access Management operations, with a focus on Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This internship provides hands-on experience in a key area of cybersecurity within a large enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with creating and maintaining reports related to IAM systems Perform administrative tasks to support MFA operations and account management Help track and organize team tasks and project priorities Maintain documentation and support process improvements Contribute to daily operational activities of the team Preferred Qualifications: Solid Excel skills, including use of formulas, pivot tables, data filtering, and basic data analysis Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities Good communication skills and a willingness to learn Interest in cybersecurity or identity and access management is a plus This position is a great opportunity for students seeking practical experience in IT security while building a foundation in identity and access management. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period. Pay Range: $18-26/hour Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, health insurance, 401(k) and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field, or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
