As a key member of the Provider Network Performance team, you will be at the forefront of enterprise initiatives, working directly with on projects that influence financial performance and operational efficiency. You will gain exposure to a wide range of Health Plan partners and business functions, building a deep understanding of Centene’s reimbursement landscape while developing your analytical and strategic thinking skills. Position Purpose: You will partner with key decision makers to support high-priority initiatives that align with Centene’s corporate goals and long-term vision. Conduct advanced financial analysis to distil key business insights and support data-informed decision making. Manage multiple initiatives from inception to completion, maintaining accountability across diverse markets Identify and execute cost savings opportunities in collaboration with market leaders and cross-functional teams Analyze large, complex data sets to uncover trends, outliers, and opportunities that drive financial performance Lead and facilitate regular market calls, providing strategic guidance and day-to-day support to ensure alignment with departmental objectives Coordinate with project management and leadership to monitor initiative progress, ensuring milestones and timelines are met Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts Handle complex and high level financial analysis Present and discuss analysis with upper management Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Highly preferred: Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, Power BI, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Excel queries Healthcare experience (Medicaid, Medicare and Marketplace) Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
