The Subcontractor Administrative Analyst is responsible for managing relationships with field subcontractors and serving as the main point of contact for the organization. This role involves analyzing subcontractor performance, scheduling work, negotiating pricing, and addressing service issues.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of analytical and vendor management experience. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required, along with strong analytical and communication abilities.
Position Summary: Responsible holding relationships with all field subcontractors and serving as the organization's point of contact. Research, analyzes and evaluates field subcontractor performance. Schedules work and negotiate pricing with field subcontractors. Provides support to the organization for problems with subcontractor performance and/or service issues. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform as the functional bridge amongst external subcontractors as well as internal/external employees. Coordinate with all vendor management tasks inclusive of working with external subcontractors and internal employees. Scheduling of subcontractors to meet customer SLA’s. Directing subcontractors through the completion of work orders. Identify and implement continuously enhanced process efficiencies associated with vendor management. Participate in formulating workflow processes, methods, scorecards and policies for onboarding/maintaining subcontractors. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure vendor partner engagement and performance. Support initiatives to enter new markets or regions. Performs other duties as assigned Skills and Requirements: Basic computer skills, required Work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. Ability to see through the data and analyse it to find conclusions. Present findings or translate the data into an understandable document. Ability to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas. Demonstrate critical thinking skills: Must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings. Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure vigilance in analysis that will bring you to correct conclusions. Math Skills: Utilize math skills to estimate numerical data. Good understanding of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, & SharePoint Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree, preferred 2-3 years of analytical experience, preferred 2-3 years of vendor management experience, preferred Physical Requirements: Ability to sit and stay focused for long periods of time Vision correctable to 20/20 Finger dexterity
