Ops / Project Manager (Ads Legal & Marketing Support) Part-Time Contract | ~20 hrs./week | US Time Zones (EST or PST preferred) Work Style: Flexible – remote or in-office both fine Schedule: Flexible business hours; does not need to be full days Do not apply if don't have experience with Airtable Key Responsibilities: • In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Advertising, Marketing, and various legal teams, to perform the following functions: • Advise on the tooling and operations of the legal components of the company's advertising and marketing ecosystems. • Lifecycle project management, with the synthesis of business requirements into coherent, cross-functional and cross-software implementations. • Identify and institute automation opportunities. • Create training and documentation to support cross-functional use of legal solutions • Develop process mechanisms for the handling and analysis of large sets of data. What We're Looking For: • 5+ years of relevant experience as an operations professional, ideally including familiarity with the ads (e.g., internal management of CRM and OMS functions) and marketing industries. • Experience with Salesforce, Evisort, AirTable, Tableau, Canva, and Publicate are a plus. • Ability to work autonomously and reliably within tight timeframes in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. • Proactive issue-spotting and curiosity. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written). • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to exercise sound judgment in the absence of perfect information. • Ability to take initiative to identify and solve problems in a business-friendly and solutions-oriented manner. • Ability to think strategically, commercially and practically. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines. • Strategic interest and outlook. • High degree of professional ethics and integrity. • Flexibility to work across various projects and teams. About the Team: This role supports Client’s Ads Legal & Marketing team, which partners closely with: • Sales and advertiser-facing teams • Product and privacy teams working on ad technology You’ll be helping the team’s Legal Operations lead manage a growing volume of operational, tracking, and process-related work. This is a behind-the-scenes, make-things-run-smoother type of role. What This Role Focuses On: This person will help bring organization, structure, and follow-through to a variety of ongoing team workflows, such as: • Tracking advertiser and vendor-related processes • Helping manage and update internal documentation and terms • Supporting workflow improvements and light automation • Maintaining trackers and internal systems • Assisting with knowledge management as processes and tools evolve Think: process support + tracking + documentation + coordination Core Experience Needed: • Background in Operations, Project Management, or Program Support • Comfortable working across Legal, Sales, and Business teams • Strong with tools and systems used for tracking and workflows • Airtable experience is especially important This person should be organized, systems-minded, and good at keeping moving pieces on track. Helpful (But Not Required): • Experience in Advertising, Ad Ops, or Media • Exposure to legal or contract-related workflows • Familiarity with tools like Evisort (widely understood as a contract lifecycle management (CLM) and contract intelligence platform) or similar contract/document systems.
