People Management Responsibilities: No Role Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $20/hour Job Overview The ideal candidate will have base-level knowledge about Marketing and be enrolled in a university majoring in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, PR, Communications, or a related field. The internship is a part-time position expected 25-30 hours a week in a remote setting. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a United States-based college or university. Must be 18 years or older. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and alongside a team. Desire to learn and develop professional skills. Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative given autonomy. Responsibilities Daily community management on ambassador socials. This includes timely DM responses, flagging content, engaging with content & daily inbox clears across both Instagram and TikTok. Content creation support and content platform sweeps (PhotoCircle / Tribe). Monthly strategic DM pushes assistance. Program community group engagement (through the platform BFF – formerly Geneva). Candidate sourcing and outreach support where needed. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
