Our AI-powered learning & incentive platform helps top beverage brands and distributors drive rep engagement, boost brand recall, and measure the real-world impact of trade marketing programs. With a growing roster of the top beverage brands & distributors, we’re scaling rapidly and seeking a Growth Operations Manager to lead our go-to-market execution and expansion efforts. The Role You’ll be the operational heartbeat across Client Success, Delivery/Operations, and interim Sales & Marketing Ops. Your job is to keep clients thrilled, projects on time, the CEO’s calendar full of qualified conversations, and our internal machine running smoothly. As we scale, this role will help spin out a dedicated Sales & Marketing Coordinator (target ~6 months). What You’ll Do • Client Success • Lead onboarding, set goals, and run weekly check-ins • Track health, NPS, renewals, and upsell opportunities • Capture testimonials and build case studies Operations & Delivery • Own project plans, briefs, timelines, and QA for design & engineering • Run sprints, manage capacity, and unblock the team • Maintain Notion boards, SOPs, and reporting dashboards Sales & Marketing Ops (interim) • Build targeted lead lists; run outbound sequences (Lemlist/Instantly) • Keep CRM pristine; book qualified CEO meetings • Coordinate and ship the weekly newsletter; support LinkedIn content Insights & Systems • Turn client + campaign data into actionable recommendations • Automate repeatable workflows • Ensure data accuracy across tools and reports Day-to-Day Cadence • Respond to client Slack/email, update pipeline & tasks in Notion • QA deliverables; move tickets; escalate risks early • Launch/optimize outbound steps; confirm meetings and prep materials • Weekly: client check-ins, sprint planning/retro, outreach & newsletter report for CEO You’ll Thrive Here If You • Have 3–7 years in client success, operations, project operations, or sales ops in a startup or agency • Write crisply, manage details flawlessly, and love turning chaos into clean systems • Are proactive, numbers-driven, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end Nice to Have • Experience coordinating designers/engineers in a sprint model • Content ops familiarity (repurposing Looms/notes into posts & emails) Why Join CellarAI • High ownership and direct impact with founder-level visibility • Career path to Head of Operations or Client Success Lead, plus the opportunity to build your own Sales Ops team • Remote-first, async-friendly culture focused on output over hours How to Apply: Send your resume/LinkedIn and a short note on a complex project you’ve operationalized (what you did, tools, before/after metrics) to anita@cellarco.ai (or apply via LinkedIn “Easy Apply”).
