You will play a key role in ensuring seamless office operations and providing ** essential support to department leaders.** This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to contribute directly to the efficiency of our critical healthcare services. 6-Month Contract | 2 Days Onsite Weekly. Responsibilities: • Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth departmental workflows. • Research, collect, and analyze data to support reporting and decision-making. • Manage files, reports, and financial records, maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance. • Deliver a high level of customer service by responding to internal and external inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Support budget tracking, departmental expenditures, payroll coordination, and other financial documentation. • Serve as a point of contact for the department, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and senior leadership. • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including equipment and software setup. • Review performance evaluations and assist with continuous improvement efforts across the team. Qualifications: • 5+ years of administrative or operations support experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new systems quickly. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
