Location: Remote (PST working hours) Type: W2 Contract Duration: 12 - 18 months Compensation Range Range: $50/HR - 55/HR Our client, a global leader in the tech space, is looking for a Communications Program Manager to join their team. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts to deliver clear, engaging, and high-impact communications that enable coordinated business rhythms and organizational alignment. The ideal candidate will have industry-related experience and/or experience supporting an executive audience and employee engagement. Responsibilities: 1. Communications Strategy & Execution • Lead the design and execution of communication plans supporting transformation initiatives. • Develop compelling content across multiple channels (newsletters, presentations, SharePoint sites, exec updates). • Ensure consistent messaging aligned to organizational priorities and leadership narratives. 2. Content Development & Design • Create visually engaging presentation decks, executive materials, and storytelling assets. • Translate complex technical or transformation concepts into clear, business-friendly messaging. • Partner with stakeholders to refine content for leadership consumption and broad audiences. 3. Communication Programs & Campaigns • Manage recurring communications such as: • Monthly transformation updates. • Organizational newsletters and awareness campaigns. • Knowledge-sharing sessions (e.g., Lunch & Learns, demos, etc). • Coordinate timelines, workbacks, and stakeholder inputs to ensure on-time delivery. 4. SharePoint & Digital Experience Management • Build and maintain SharePoint sites to centralize content and improve content discoverability. • Design structured navigation, topic-based content sections, and user-friendly layouts. • Ensure communications are seamlessly integrated across email, SharePoint, Teams, Viva, and other platforms. 5. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination • Partner with program managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to gather inputs and align messaging. • Provide communications guidance to project teams on how to effectively socialize initiatives. • Serve as a central coordinator for communications requests and execution. 6. Executive Communications & Reporting • Develop executive-ready summaries, status reports, and transformation updates. • Support creation of year-end reviews, executive reports, and leadership briefings. • Leverage tools (including emerging AI capabilities) to synthesize insights and improve reporting efficiency. 7. Tools, Automation & Innovation • Utilize tools such as Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, email platforms (e.g., Outlook newsletters, Amplify), and Viva to streamline communications. • Experiment with new technologies (e.g., generative AI) to enhance content creation and insights generation. • Continuously improve communications processes and efficiency. Qualifications: • Strong communications and storytelling expertise. • Experience with executive communications and organizational messaging. • Proficiency in Copilot, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and enterprise comms tools. • Graphic design and content layout capabilities. • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail and execution rigor. • Familiarity with transformation programs or large-scale change initiatives. • Drives a predictable and reliable rhythm of business in a fast-paced organization. • Enables leadership alignment through clear, high-quality communications. • Improves organizational clarity and reduces friction in times of rapid change. Education/Experience: • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred. • 7-10+ years related experience required.
