Location: Remote (Pacific time zone business hours) Duration: 5 weeks (initial phase, potential to extend up to 12 weeks) Full-time or Part-time: Full-time (40 hours per week) Compensation Range: $65-$75/hr W2 We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Process Consultant to help a dynamic internal creative agency streamline its project management system. The core focus of this role is Requirements Gathering, Workflow Mapping, and Documentation. You will be responsible for defining the optimal future architecture for the agency's current project tracking system, which is currently inadequate for accurate time tracking and utilization reporting. Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews to gather user requirements and document the current operational state. • Map complex "as-is" and "to-be" creative workflows. • Produce clear technical documentation, translating business needs into detailed technical specifications. • Analyze user feedback to identify process inefficiencies. • Act as a crucial communication bridge between technical and non-technical teams. • This project begins with a focused Discovery Phase (5 weeks) to assess the current state (people, process, technology), define the optimal future architecture (including hierarchy and automations), and create a clear, phased roadmap. This role requires a professional who can deliver non-disruptive change management. Qualifications: • 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Process Consultant, ideally within a creative or marketing agency. • Equipment: Candidate must have and be able to use their own equipment and at home set up. • Candidate must be available to start by December 10th without vacations, except for holidays. • Ability to work Pacific time zone business hours (9 am - 5 pm). • Must have and be able to use your own equipment and at-home setup. • Must be available to start by December 10th (accommodating standard holidays only). Nice-to-Haves: • Experience with Jira Work Management, Confluence, and related marketplace apps like Tempo Time Management. For this internal agency, the current JIRA Cloud architecture is problematic. The system's flat structure, using only single task-level items, prevents accurate time tracking and utilization reporting, which are critical for resource forecasting and stakeholder accountability. • Cella contractors will begin with a focused Discovery Phase.
