Celeros Flow Technology, LLC Sales Manager, Clyde Union and S&N Pumps Location: Gulf Region Work Environment: Monday – Friday Work Schedule/Hours: Normal Business Hours Travel Required: 50% - You'll work out of your home office and cover extended geography. Pay Range: Base plus sales incentive Celeros FT is seeking a driven Sales Manager to cover strategic S&N & Clyde Union customer accounts in the South Region. This role is responsible for delivering bookings aligned with the company’s expectations through the development and management of key customer accounts within the assigned region. This role could be referred to as a Sales Engineering role. If you have experience in pump sales, a strong technical aptitude, and are a true hunter, this position offers you several compelling opportunities. Principle Duties And Responsibilities • Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets including maintaining opportunity pipeline and booking forecasts as required by the company. • Establishes account penetration plans for key Gulf of Mexico operators, focusing on converting smaller initial engagements into long-term partnerships. • Find and target new accounts within the region to grow S&N & Clyde Union Pump market share in accordance with the company’s overall strategies and objectives. • Achieves bookings and earnings (margin or EBIT) targets consistent with the Business Unit objectives for the year. • Provides feedback to peers and subordinates on market activity, forecasting demand, competitor activity, industry trends, safety issues, and other relevant information important to managing the business. • Provides feedback to product development and engineering teams on customers’ modifications and new product/technology requests. • Maintains knowledge of new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities • A comprehensive knowledge of S&N & Clyde Union Pump products and services, customer requirements, and competitive market is preferred. • Knowledge of American Petroleum Industry (API), Industrial Standards Organization (ISO) Specifications, and governmental agency (OSHA and EPA) requirements preferred. • Must have excellent interpersonal, negotiating, writing, and presentation skills in order to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts. • Ability to develop strategic account plans. • Must be self-directed with proven follow-through skills, to capture leads and account developments in a competitive market. • Must be outgoing, aggressive, and creative to be able to identify and maximize opportunities. • PC skills with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project, and Internet access software. Education And Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent technical and business management experience required. MBA helpful. • 8+ years in sales and /or sales management experience strongly preferred. • Experience in supporting accounts within the Gulf region strongly preferred.
