As a Product Manager within our Strategy team, you’ll sit at the intersection of vision, execution, and impact, turning complex business needs into products that power our merchants, partners, and teams. Product Managers play a critical role in shaping our “high tech, high touch” mission by owning product direction, influencing priorities, and delivering solutions that support our growth and innovation in the payments industry. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Celero’s NorthStar platform (a UI-centric payments operations system that unifies CRM, workflow, support, and back-office functions) and merchant-facing applications. This role leads the end-to-end product lifecycle for business-critical systems that support sales, operations, finance, partners, and merchants. This individual partners closely with engineering, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver high-quality solutions at speed while continuously improving product development processes and outcomes. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Strategy Own and maintain the product roadmap for NorthStar and Merchant Portal, ensuring alignment with business goals and executive priorities Lead discovery efforts to deeply understand merchant, partner, and internal user needs Translate strategy into clear, actionable product initiatives and outcomes Serve as the primary product authority for assigned platforms Delivery & Execution Fully own large features and initiatives from concept through launch Manage and prioritize a complex backlog, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and value delivery Drive delivery through collaboration with engineering, ensuring requirements are well-defined and aligned Own and manage product delivery for initiatives involving third-party vendors, ensuring alignment to requirements, quality standards, and successful integration with internal teams and systems Team Leadership Directly manage Business Analysts, setting clear expectations, standards, and development goals Ensure requirements meet quality standards for completeness, consistency, and usability Act as a hands-on leader while operating in a highly collaborative team environment Process & Quality Help refine and evolve product development processes to improve velocity and quality Balance time to market with quality and sustainability across the SDLC Ensure delivered solutions meet business and user expectations prior to launch Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with key stakeholders, operations, engineering, and go-to-market teams Communicate product direction, progress, and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Influence prioritization decisions through data, domain expertise, and clear recommendations Experience & Requirements 5+ years of Product Management experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex products Experience in the merchant acquiring or payments industry strongly preferred Proven experience managing large backlogs and delivering platform-style products Experience working with third-party vendors and transitioning products in-house Prior experience managing or leading Business Analysts or equivalent roles Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Deep understanding of product delivery and SDLC best practices in an Agile environment Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences Comfortable operating with ambiguity and evolving priorities Hands-on, self-directed, and accountable Reports to: VP of Strategy Start date: Immediate Employment type: Full-time; Exempt Benefits: We provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, identify theft protection, paid time off, and 401k (4% match) Please note that we are currently unable to consider applicants residing in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Washington.
