Sales and Marketing Manager At CedarbrookSenior Living, we work hard every day to find out what "Celebrating Life Every Day!" means to our residents and their families, then we help them achieve these goals. We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager for our Rochester community. Responsibilities: • Introduce guide and direct all sales and marketing efforts withinthe community • Interface with all prospective residents and/or family members andturn those inquiries into residents of the community • Prequalifies prospective residents • Responds to all customer requests for information • Assists with developing and executing external business andcommunity relations marketing plan • Researches and maintains ongoing knowledge and reporting of localmarket competitors • Interacts with all inquiries, whether provided throughadvertising, public relations, referral, or personal contact and turns inquiries into residents of the community throughprofessional selling skills • Keeps accurate records on all inquiries and potential residents inthe CRM database • Proficient in problem solving and overcoming objectives • Assists, organizes, and plans all internal and external Sales andMarketing events to promote the community • Collaborates with all other departments within the community topromote and maintain census development Education/Experience: • Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing/PublicRelations/Communications or related field • 3 to 5 years proven successful Sales experience, CommunityRelations Marketing within a Senior Living Community preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM Systems Benefits: We offer agreat benefits package, including Paid Time Off, Earned Sick Time, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k) Retirement Savings plan etc.
