Responsibilities • Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management • Train, develop, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold food safety standards • Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for busy periods while controlling labor costs • Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure freshness • Operate POS systems for accurate cash handling and transaction processing • Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols across all kitchen and front-of-house activities • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business Experience • Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on casual dining or pizzeria settings • Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management • Familiarity with POS systems; experience with cash handling is essential • Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, conduct training sessions, and lead teams effectively • Knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, and budgeting within the food industry • Experience in hospitality management or hotel settings is a plus but not required • Excellent communication skills with experience in interviewing, training & development, and shift management Join our team as a Restaurant Manager where your leadership fuels our success!
