Cedar Park Group is hiring a seasoned Senior Cloud Engineer for a 12-month fully remote opportunity. If you're an expert in cloud architecture with hands-on experience in Azure and AWS, and you thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, this role is for you. Location: Remote (MondayFriday, 9AM6PM) Schedule: 35-hour work week Duration: 12 months Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities: • Design and implement scalable, flexible, and secure cloud architectures for business-critical applications • Lead cloud integration efforts with a focus on availability, performance, and cost-efficiency • Deploy and configure IaaS and PaaS components across Azure and AWS environments • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and Azure DevOps • Configure and enforce cloud security, compliance policies, and monitoring tools • Drive implementation of business continuity and disaster recovery strategies • Provide expert troubleshooting, insight, and cloud operational support Requirements: • 12+ years in technology development/administration • 6+ years hands-on implementation in Azure and/or AWS • 5+ years supporting enterprise hybrid cloud environments • Strong knowledge of cloud methodologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), cost frameworks, automation, and orchestration • Proficiency in Terraform, Azure DevOps, Ansible, and cloud automation • Business continuity and disaster recovery expertise • Proven ability to plan, execute, and automate cloud workflows • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills Preferred Experience: • Familiarity with AWS and Azure Well-Architected Frameworks • Administration experience with Windows/Linux servers • Cloud storage systems and large-scale storage migrations • Scripting skills in Python and PowerShell Benefits: • PTO • Vacation pay • Bonus pay • Health insurance • 401k Why Join Us: Join Cedar Park Group and experience a company that genuinely values your growth and success.
