Resident Assistant (RA) AM Shift: 06:30AM to 02:30PM | PM Shift: 02:30PM to 10:30PM | NOC Shift: 10:30PM to 06:30AM Great Shift Differentials - Earn More for Nights & Weekends! • AM Shift: +$2.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday) • PM Shift: +$5.00/hour (Monday-Friday) | +$7.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday) • NOC Shift: +$4.00/hour (Monday-Friday) | +$6.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday) Become a Cedar Community Champion! Job Responsibilities: As a Resident Assistant you will: Provide Support & Assistance with residents' daily activities (ADLs), offering encouragement and physical aid as needed. Foster a Warm, Caring Atmosphere for residents, guests, and fellow team members. Respond Promptly & Compassionately to resident call lights and requests.
