As a trusted leader in Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) and Financial Management Services Administration (FMSA), we’re seeking a visionary leader to serve as our Director of Business Development, expanding our reach beyond Texas and driving national growth. Your Role As Director of Business Development, you’ll: • Spearhead strategic expansion into new states. • Lead high-stakes RFPs from scouting opportunities to submission and negotiation. • Build influential partnerships with Medicaid agencies and MCOs. • Conduct market and regulatory research to guide strategic decisions. • Collaborate with leadership on financial modeling and feasibility studies. • Represent CDS at industry events and elevate our brand presence. What You Bring • 4+ years in senior-level business development, ideally in healthcare or Medicaid. • 2+ years of RFP management experience in HCBS or healthcare. • Deep understanding of HCBS programs. • Proven success in expanding services across geographic markets. • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. • Willingness to travel.
