CDS in Texas, an affiliate of Disability Services of the Southwest, is looking for a Budget Advisor Administrative Assistant to join our San Antonio office this holiday season! At CDS in Texas, we provide a foundation of support that empowers individuals with disabilities to self-direct their care. Essential Tasks • Assist with data transfer to new payroll and SharePoint system. • Support data entry and payroll processes. • Answer incoming calls and respond to client, case manager, or employee inquiries. • Process new customers following established procedures. • Request new service plans from case managers and case workers as needed. • Maintain accurate client files, record discharges and transfers, and deactivate files when necessary. • Prepare, record, and track files going to storage. • Process customer employee changes (pay levels, addresses, etc.). • Assist in distribution, fixing, and filing quarterly reports to customers and case managers. • Maintain positive relationships and open communication with customers, families, case managers, vendors, and other business representatives. • Observe confidentiality policies at all times. • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations. • Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements • High school diploma or GED required. • Two years’ experience as an administrative assistant. • Competent in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. • Ability to quickly learn agency-specific software. • Must have reliable transportation.
