What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in call center or case management roles, preferably in healthcare. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Empathy and problem-solving skills to support diverse customer needs.
