This position involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing detailed guidance, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and patients. What You'll Do: - You will manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and case updates. - You will guide customers through application processes and provide detailed information on services. - You will document and track case progress accurately in our management systems. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. - You will maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. - You will identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and case management processes. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and company procedures.
