Role Overview: As a Call Center Agent/Case Manager at CDR Companies, you will play a crucial role in managing customer inquiries and cases from initiation to resolution. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide detailed guidance and support to customers through both inbound and outbound calls. What You'll Do: - You will manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and provide case management support. - You will guide customers through application processes and resolve issues efficiently. - You will document case details accurately and maintain up-to-date records. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure seamless case resolution. - You will identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and escalate complex cases as needed. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards in all interactions. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with healthcare regulations and company procedures. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in call center or case management roles, preferably in healthcare. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Empathy and problem-solving skills to support diverse customer needs. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with healthcare insurance or patient advocacy. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Certification in case management or related fields. - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance.
