Full Description

Job Description: • Lead strategic sourcing for key raw material categories across US sites, with opportunities to support broader regional and global initiatives • Drive supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting to optimize total cost of ownership and supply reliability • Develop and execute category strategies that improve quality, service, innovation, and sustainability performance • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify supply risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure continuity of supply • Deliver measurable cost savings and value creation through structured sourcing and negotiation activities • Build strong, collaborative supplier relationships, including performance management and continuous improvement • Champion sustainability, compliance, and ESG initiatives across the supplier base Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, Finance, Business, or a related field • Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management within a manufacturing environment • Experience working in regulated industries and complex supply chains preferred • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies • Confident communicator with a results‑driven, resilient, and improvement‑focused mindset Benefits: • 401(k) plan • medical • dental • vision • life insurance • disability insurance • paid time off • paid holidays • paid sick leave
