Job Summary Our Marketing Coordinator will be a key member of our dynamic marketing team, responsible for executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role will have a heavy focus on PPC campaigns. Your expertise in paid media strategies will help increase brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support our continued growth. This role requires an analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for digital marketing trends. Please Note: This is onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of Google Ads/PPC experience, including Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit. Graphic design experience is a strong plus. Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, etc.). Manage PPC campaigns including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other paid media platforms. Maintain consistent brand voice and alignment across all digital and print channels. Write persuasive content for paid search, landing pages, email, and social. Conduct keyword research and optimize PPC ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Monitor PPC budgets and maximize performance within established parameters. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads & other tools. Create targeted email marketing campaigns including segmentation and A/B testing. Track and report campaign performance and KPIs using marketing analytics. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager & PPC tools. Strong writing skills (content, ads, copywriting, storytelling). Understanding of digital channels including SEO, PPC, email & social. Ability to interpret data and apply insights. Campaign & budget management experience. Excellent organization and communication skills. Attention to detail. Creative mindset. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2–3 years of marketing experience in B2B or similar environment. Prior PPC campaign management required. Google Ads certifications (preferred). Google Analytics and Looker Studio familiarity (preferred). Physical Requirements Prolonged computer use. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
