CDC Global Solutions is seeking a hands-on, data-driven Commercial Operations leader to build and run the operating system for their clients' commercial team. This role involves owning the end-to-end revenue engine, including lead generation, forecasting, and analytics, while driving performance through standardized KPIs and collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Finance. Responsibilities • Define standardized KPI categories with clear formulas, targets, and data sources; lead KPI reviews to drive proactive actions. • Publish rep scorecards and team dashboards; run regular performance reviews to drive coaching and close data gaps. • Build full-funnel visibility (lead → close) with conversion tracking, stage criteria adherence, and leakage monitoring. • Maintain pipeline coverage above targets and flag early risk signals. • Track rep-level metrics: activity, meetings, opportunities, pipeline quality, win rate, cycle time, ASP, new vs. expansion mix. • Use KPI insights to optimize territory and capacity design instead of relying on ad-hoc changes. • Run bottom-up forecasting with stage probabilities; monitor accuracy and variance vs. targets. • Lead forecast calls and business reviews with clear entry/exit criteria and action items. • Enforce CRM hygiene with required fields, validation, and automations to cut manual work. • Collaborate with Finance/IT on enhanced CRM analytics and efficiency. • Maintain accurate Customer Master data and account hierarchies across all systems. • Convert bookings/pipeline data into revenue forecasts with Operations & Finance. • Maintain executive dashboards for bookings, revenue, and growth trends. • Model SIP scenarios, calculate payouts, true-up quarterly, and align quotas to revenue goals. • Centralize proposal management with tracking, pricing guardrails, and approval matrices. • Streamline proposal processes for speed, expertise, and reliability. • Support AR in resolving invoice disputes for timely payments. Skills • 8+ years in Commercial Operations/RevOps or Sales Ops within CDMO/CRDMO setting. • Advanced Salesforce admin/governance. • BI/analytics fluency (Excel/Sheets, SQL preferred; Power BI). • Proven track record running KPI programs, forecast cadences, and executive dashboarding. • Excellent cross-functional communicator (Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, Project Management). • Ability to build high performing teams that report to you in lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting and proposal management. • Strong ability to influence and drive a diverse Sales team to generate aggressive bookings growth. • Customer focus mindset, high energy, accountable, and proven ability to influence change.
