Growth Marketing Manager (In-Office – San Juan Capistrano, CA) Compensation: Up to $79,000 DOE Full-Time | In-Office | Wealth Management Firm We are a fast-growing financial advisory firm in San Juan Capistrano looking for a high-performance Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of our content, email marketing, and client engagement strategy. This is not a support role. This role owns execution, consistency, and measurable growth. If you understand video psychology, audience engagement, marketing automation, and conversion strategy — and you want to build something meaningful — we want to meet you. What You’ll Own: Video & Content Growth • Film and edit short- and long-form video content • Add graphics, captions, CTAs, and engagement hooks • Optimize YouTube and Facebook content for retention and growth • Build a consistent content calendar • Track engagement metrics and improve performance over time Email & Marketing Automation (Active Campaign) • Build and manage drip campaigns • Segment audiences • Create lifecycle automations (anniversaries, client milestones) • Track open rates, click-through, and conversions • Improve engagement through testing and refinement Events & Client Engagement • Coordinate seminars and bi-annual client events • Attend monthly evening seminars events • Manage client gifting initiatives • Help design and oversee our monthly print newsletter Social Media Strategy • Develop and execute a structured posting plan • Focus on YouTube and Facebook growth • Repurpose content strategically across platforms blogs articles etc. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years in marketing with measurable growth results (Preferred) • Strong video editing skills • Experience growing YouTube or social channels • ActiveCampaign or similar CRM automation experience • Highly organized and deadline-driven • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment • Able to both think strategically and execute tactically This Role Is Not For You If: • You prefer remote work • You need constant direction • You are uncomfortable being accountable to metrics • You do not enjoy wearing multiple hats Why Join Us? • Clear ownership and authority • Direct collaboration with leadership • Room to build and innovate • Stable, professional client base • Competitive compensation To apply, please submit: • Resume • Portfolio or examples of video/content work • Brief explanation of a marketing campaign you helped grow Pay: $73,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Life insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
