Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pressure Washing Manager /Operator located in Charlotte, NC. The Pressure Washing Manager /Operator will oversee daily operations necessary to ensure that all pressure washing services are performed to the company's quality standards. Responsibilities include preparation for jobs, maintaining equipment, performing pressure washing services as needed, and ensuring safety compliance. Qualifications • Knowledge of Pressure Washing techniques, maintenance of pressure washing equipment, and best practices • Commitment to customer satisfaction and strong communication skills • Understanding and enforcement of safety protocols and standards • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
