They are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claim Specialist to manage complex claims, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with state requirements, specifically for the Oklahoma jurisdiction. Responsibilities • Investigate, evaluate, and adjust Oklahoma workers’ compensation claims in compliance with state laws and client-specific standards. • Handle settlement negotiations, including complex and litigated files. • Collaborate with defense counsel and manage litigation strategies. • Establish reserves and authorize payments within designated authority. • Maintain thorough claim documentation, diaries, and client communications. Skills • Minimum 5 years of experience handling Oklahoma workers’ compensation claims. • Active Oklahoma Adjuster’s License (required). • Strong litigation management and negotiation skills. • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities. • Experience with healthcare industry clients. • Professional certifications (e.g., AIC, ARM, CPCU).
